Kastha Start-Up And Technology Services is based out of House No. 1-E in Basant Nagar, right in the Vasant Vihar area. It’s a pretty well-known part of town. Working out of a house gives our daily routine a different feel than a regular office. It’s a bit more relaxed, I guess you could say. We’ve got our tech stuff set up in the different rooms there. Being a startup service, things can be a bit chaotic at times, but that’s just part of the deal when you're starting out. We spend a lot of time talking about new ideas and trying to make things work on the screen. Vasant Vihar is a nice place to be located. There’s some greenery around and it’s not as loud as some other parts of Delhi. We aren't some huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to figure things out as we go. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be stuck on a single bug for eight hours, and the next we’re planning something completely new. We don’t go for the whole corporate image. We wear whatever is comfortable and just focus on the technology side of things. It’s a decent way to earn a living. The house at 1-E is where you’ll find us most days, usually working late into the evening to get things done for the people who come to us.
