It can get pretty noisy outside with the bikes and people walking by, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office itself is pretty basic. We have the usual stuff like computers, printers, and a lot of folders. We don't really go for anything stylish. It’s about having a place to sit and work. Some days the street gets flooded if it rains too hard, which makes getting to the door a bit of a challenge. But we’re usually here regardless. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. It’s mostly paperwork and talking to people who come by with questions. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and open it. It’s a very local way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just keep things moving and stay busy with the files that need sorting out each day.
