KARYAN BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Karyan Buildcon is at D-28 in Defence Colony, up on the third floor. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on the construction side of things. It’s a different setup than some of the other companies nearby because we really focus on the bricks and mortar aspect of building. We work with a lot of different crews to get projects finished across Delhi. The office is usually a bit of a mess with site reports and schedules, but that’s just how it goes when you’re managing building sites. We like being in South Delhi because it’s central for most of our clients. There are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing and days when it’s completely quiet while everyone is out in the field. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or someone they know told them about us. It is just a straightforward construction business. We don't have any big speeches about changing the world; we just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when a deadline is coming up. We just keep plugging away at it from our spot here in Def Col. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve all been doing this for years now and it seems to work out for everyone involved.
