You can find Kartik Technologies up on the third floor of Gayways House. We’re located inside the Pee Pee Compound, which is a bit of a well-known spot around here. Climbing those stairs every morning keeps us in shape, since the lift isn't always the most reliable thing in the world. Once you get up to our floor, it’s just a regular office setup. We’ve got our computers, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle for making coffee. We mostly deal with tech stuff, as the name suggests. It involves a lot of typing and looking at code for hours on end. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the summer, but we’ve got fans to keep the air moving. We aren't the kind of place that has a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We’ve been in the Pee Pee Compound for a while now, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put. The work is steady, and we have our regular tasks that keep us busy from morning until evening. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the technical work, and go home to our families. It’s a local business, run by local people who just happen to be good with technology.
