We are located at 1/11651 Sat Nagar in Karol Bagh. It’s a busy corner of the city, and our building is usually packed with stock. Space is a bit tight, so we have to stack the boxes pretty high toward the ceiling. If you walk inside, you’ll see clothes and materials everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly lined up or color-coded, but it works for us. We handle a lot of volume here. Most of the day is spent unloading deliveries or packing up orders to go out to the market. The streets of Sat Nagar are always narrow and crowded, so getting the delivery trucks in and out is a bit of a nightmare every single time. We’ve got a small group of workers who have been here since we first opened. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We are just here to move the inventory and make sure the customers get exactly what they ordered. The summer months are hot, and the winter can be surprisingly cold in these old buildings, but we stay busy regardless of what the weather is doing outside. We usually eat our lunch together in the back room and then get right back to the packing. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and checking the labels on every box. We like being in Karol Bagh because everything you need is just a few steps away.
