V3hmv is located on the lower ground floor of Universe Mall, specifically at shop 5/56. We are right in the middle of Karol Bagh, which is a place that never really stays still. Being in a mall like Universe Mall means we have a lot of neighbors and a constant stream of people walking past our door. Our shop is on the lower ground level, so it’s a bit tucked away from the main entrance, but it’s easy enough to find if you know where to look. We aren’t a huge showroom with bright flashing lights. It’s a more modest space where we keep our stock and talk to customers who drop in. Karol Bagh is famous for being a busy commercial hub, and we’ve been part of that scene for some time. The shop is often filled with boxes and items we are sorting through, so it might look a bit cluttered to an outsider. But for us, it’s just how we work. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on being in a good location and treating people fairly when they walk through the door. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the mall gets incredibly crowded, especially on weekends, but we just stay focused on our tasks in shop 5/56. It’s a small, honest business in one of the busiest parts of the city, and we like being right here.
