I’m over at 20/9 in West Patel Nagar. This is a residential area with lots of small businesses mixed in. It is in a busy part of Delhi, so there is never a dull moment on the street outside. The address is pretty easy to find if you know the blocks in Patel Nagar. I have been here for quite some time now. This isn't a big company with hundreds of workers. It is just me and a couple of others helping out when needed. We don't have a sign that lights up or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking past. The space inside is quite cramped because we have a lot of files and gear squeezed in. West Patel Nagar has a certain vibe to it, very local and lived-in. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the noise, but that is just Delhi for you. I spend most of my time here handling whatever comes my way. It could be paperwork one day or meeting someone the next. There is no set script for how things go. It is a very grassroots way of doing things, and I prefer it that way over a cold office. I've lived around here for years, so I know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick bite.
