Charismatic Medicare Ltd. is tucked away in Lado Sarai, specifically at F-315 in the Noble Group building. If you are driving down M.B. Road, we are right across from Maharaja Arts. It’s an old building, but it works fine for what we do here. We handle various medical supplies and equipment from this office every day. It’s usually a bit quiet here unless a big delivery is coming in or going out from the warehouse. We’ve got a small team of people who have been with us for years and know the ropes. We don't spend money on big ads or have a team of sales people. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time in the industry. The office is full of files and boxes, and we drink a lot of tea while we sort through the daily paperwork. Lado Sarai is a busy place with all the art galleries and shops, but we just stick to our corner and handle the medicare side of things. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the clinics get what they need to help people. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a question about a specific machine or a small part. Our hours are pretty standard, and we usually close up right on time to beat the M.B. Road traffic. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who know a bit about the medical field.
