We are up on the second floor at C-56 in Mansarovar Garden. We are right above the Axis Bank, so that is usually how people find us. Future Massager Pvt. Ltd. deals with all kinds of therapeutic machines and handheld massagers. Being on the second floor means we do not get much walk-in traffic from the street, but we stay busy enough with appointments and regular clients. The elevator is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs. The office is bright because of the big windows facing the street. We keep a few different models set up so people can actually see how they feel. I spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the service technicians who go out to people’s homes. It is a lot of logistics and making sure we have the right spare parts in the cupboard. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and it is a disaster for the morning shift. We have been in Mansarovar Garden for a few years and the neighborhood has changed a lot. We just keep doing our daily routine, checking orders and making sure the boxes are packed right. It is a steady job. We are not doing anything fancy, just selling tools that help people feel a bit better after a long day at their own jobs. The space is simple and it works for us.
