Ali Recliner

We are up on the first floor at A1/37 in the Marble Market area of Kirti Nagar. It’s a bit of a specific spot because most people come to this part of town looking for stone or tiles, but we are right there with our recliners. Being on the first floor means we have to haul everything up the stairs, which is quite a workout for the guys. The shop is filled with different types of recliner chairs. We focus on these because that’s what we know best. It’s a narrow space, but we make it work by stacking things and keeping the floor clear for people to walk. Kirti Nagar is a hectic place to work, with constant noise from the street and trucks loading and unloading. We don't have a fancy entrance or a big sign that lights up the whole street. People usually find us by word of mouth or by wandering up from the market below. We talk to a lot of customers about what kind of material lasts the longest, especially if they have kids or pets at home. It’s just us here, a few people who know how these chairs are put together and what makes them comfortable. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If a chair isn't right for you, we just say so. It’s about finding something that works for your living room without making it too complicated for anyone to use.
