We are based out of the Sonibazar area, right across from Dera Street. We share space with Chunilal and Co. It’s a traditional spot. We do infraventures. That basically means we handle building projects and different ventures in the infrastructure space. It’s a busy street out front. You can always hear the noise of the market. We aren't some big corporate firm with a glass building. We work from an older part of town where everyone knows each other. It’s a practical way to do business. We’ve been here for a while. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We check the plans, talk to the workers, and make sure the materials are arriving. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on the work we do. Sometimes things get a little chaotic because the market is so crowded. But we like the energy. Most of our clients are people who have known us for years. We handle the paperwork in the office and spend the rest of the time on site. It’s not complicated. We just focus on getting things built. Being opposite Dera Street makes it easy for people to find us. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job. We’ve been in Sonibazar for a long time and we don't plan on moving. It feels like home to us and the business fits right in.
