KAPADIA EXPORT IMPORT

We have been sitting in this mezzanine floor at Malcha Marg for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the files and folders everywhere, but it works for us. Chanakyapuri is a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache some days. Mostly, we deal with the ins and outs of shipping stuff across borders. It involves a lot of phone calls to customs agents and tracking where containers have ended up. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just sit there waiting for pages to load. My desk is right by the window but I don't get much of a view, just the stairs really. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to keep track of things. You won't find anything fancy here, just some desks, old chairs, and a kettle that takes forever to boil. People come in and out all day, usually delivery guys or people looking for signatures on some paperwork. We try to keep it simple. If a shipment is delayed, we spend the afternoon figuring out why. It’s just how the business goes. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at the desk while checking emails. It's a quiet life here at Kapadia Export Import, if you ignore the constant ringing of the phone. We’ve got the 10/48 spot and we’ve made it our own over the years. That’s pretty much the whole story.
