Our office for K&A Securities Pvt Ltd is at 90 Rps in the Dda Flats over at Mansarovar Park. This is in the Shahdara part of Delhi, pincode 110032. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quieter than the main markets. We like it that way because we can actually hear ourselves think. We handle security-related paperwork and registrations here. It’s a lot of filing and checking documents to make sure everything is in order. The office isn’t very big, just a couple of rooms where we have our computers and files. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and going through a stack of folders. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and most of the neighbors know what we do. It’s a very local operation. We don’t do big advertising campaigns or have a polished sales team. We just focus on the people who come to us from around the area. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just wait it out and talk about the weather or the local news. It’s a steady pace. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. The building is a bit old, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose for our daily work. We are just regular people trying to run a small business in Shahdara.
