J. M. D Apparels is based over at G-26 in Aggarwal Cyber Plaza 1. Being in Netaji Subhash Place means there is always something going on outside our door. It’s a pretty modern building compared to some of the older markets, but inside our unit, it's just the usual stacks of clothes and packing materials. We deal with a lot of folks from around Pitampura and even some who come over from Kamla Nagar when they are looking for specific apparel items. The space is a bit tight when we get a new shipment in, so we have to move fast to get things sorted out and onto the shelves. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure the orders are ready to go out on time. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. The air conditioning in the plaza is nice during July, though we still keep the door open a lot for people walking by. It's a straightforward operation where we focus on getting the clothes to the people who want them. Sometimes the traffic in the parking lot is a nightmare, but once you get inside the cyber plaza, things are usually a bit more organized. We spend most of our time here just looking at samples and checking for any mistakes before they leave the shop. It is a lot of work but it keeps us on our feet.
