Udgam Pre- School

Udgam Pre-School is located over in Mor Pocket 104, right here in Kalkaji. It’s a nice little corner of the neighborhood. We started this place because we wanted a simple, friendly spot for the local kids to spend their mornings. It’s not one of those big, shiny institutions. We’ve got some classrooms, a lot of toys, and some outdoor space where the kids can run around. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is playing, but that’s just how it is with little ones. The building is an older one, but we’ve made it cozy for the children. We have a small team of teachers and helpers who live around here too. We know the parents and we know the kids by their nicknames. It’s a very local feel. We don’t spend money on big ads; most families find us because they live just a few streets away or their friends told them about us. We focus on the basics—playing, learning to share, and having a daily routine. Kalkaji is a busy area, but our little pocket is relatively quiet most of the time. We’ve seen many kids grow up and move on to the big schools, which is always a bit sad but nice too. We just try to make it a place where children feel okay being away from home for a few hours. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the families who come here year after year.
