Imperus Apparels

Imperus Apparels is located at Rz-88 Tughlakabad Extension in Kalkaji. This area is pretty much a hub for garment work, so there’s always the sound of sewing machines coming from somewhere nearby. Our workshop is on a busy street where there’s never any quiet. We’ve got rows of machines and people busy with patterns and needles all day long. It’s not a fancy fashion studio like you might see on TV. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on putting garments together. The walls are covered with thread spools of every color you can imagine. We don't have a lot of room for a fancy lobby, so visitors usually just walk right into the middle of the production area. It’s dusty and loud, but it’s where the work happens. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. Most of what we do is just for regular clients who have been sending us their designs for years. The Tughlakabad Extension is a bit of a maze, but once you find Rz-88, you’ll see we’re just a bunch of regular folks trying to get the stitching right. We take a lunch break together, and then it’s back to the machines until the sun goes down. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the pace of the garment industry. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the bundles before the weekend comes around.
