Kaizen Infosys (India)

Kaizen Infosys (India) is set up in Connaught Place, right on the second floor of the Goldy Complex. It is a central location, so it's fairly easy for people to get to us from different parts of the city. Being in such a busy area means there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our workstations set up and a small area where we keep our spare parts and equipment. It’s not one of those modern, high-tech looking offices you see in magazines. It’s more of a functional space where the actual work happens. We handle a lot of tech stuff and sometimes the floor is covered in cables or open computer towers. It can look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. The building is a bit older, which gives it some character, I guess. We've been here for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex. Most of our clients just drop by when they are in the area. We don't go in for big presentations or fancy talk. We just listen to what’s wrong and see if we can fix it. It’s a busy life here in CP, and we just try to keep up with the pace while providing a reliable spot for people to come for help. We usually stay late most evenings just to finish up the repairs.
