Kairrah Urban Estates Llp is based out of Arun House in Bijwasan. If you are looking for us, we are right near Pole Number 35 on the internal road. It is a bit of a trek if you aren't used to this part of the city, but it's pretty close to the Amity School of Engineering. The area around here still feels a bit like a village, which we like. It’s not as loud as the main roads. We spend our days dealing with land and property stuff around the urban edges. The office is inside a regular house, so it doesn't feel like those cold glass buildings you see downtown. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when people drop by to talk about their estates. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, and sometimes the cows from the village wander past the gate. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local area well. Most of our time is spent checking documents or walking around nearby plots. We usually have the fan going full speed because it gets hot in the afternoons. It’s just a normal place where we do our work without any fuss. If the pole number isn't visible, we just tell people to look for the school nearby.
