Wilson Apparels

Wilson Apparels is located at WZ 15 E. This is a small spot in a neighborhood that has a lot of history behind it. The streets around here are quite narrow, so you have to be careful when you are driving through. We have been in this same location for a long time, and we know just about everyone on the block. Our workshop is packed with fabric, patterns, and half-finished garments. It is a bit of a maze inside because we try to use every single inch of space we have. We don't have any fancy signs or a big window display. Most of the people who come to us are regulars who have been buying from us for years. We do a lot of the cutting and stitching right here on the premises. It can get pretty cramped when we have a big order to finish, but we all just pitch in and help out. The sound of the sewing machines is like background music to us now. We take a break in the afternoon to have some tea and snacks from the corner shop. It’s a very simple way of doing business, without any of the corporate talk or complicated rules. We just focus on making sure the clothes are put together well and that the sizes are right. Sometimes the roof leaks a bit when there is a heavy downpour, but we just put out a bucket and keep working. That's just how we do it.
