K. S. Construction

We've been based out of Sewak Park for quite some time now. Our office is right there at A-13, which is pretty easy to find if you know the Uttam Nagar area. It’s actually quite close to the Dwarka Metro Station, so the rumble of the trains is just a normal part of our day. Most days you'll find us busy with blueprints or out on-site somewhere nearby. K. S. Construction isn't some giant corporation with fancy glass walls; we’re just a bunch of people who spend our time building things. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, and the tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s just how it is. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here from this spot in Sewak Park. It gets a bit crowded when the whole crew is in, but we make it work. Living and working in Uttam Nagar means we see the same faces all the time, and people just drop in to ask questions about their projects. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. If you’re walking from the metro, it’s just a short stroll. We like being part of this neighborhood because everything we need is right around the corner. It's a busy life, but it suits us just fine. We just try to get the jobs done and keep things moving along without too much fuss.
