K K Realcon is located in Rohini, specifically at Plot No 291 in Sector-22. Rohini is a big place, and we’ve been working in this particular pocket for a good while now. The office is right there in the neighborhood, so we see the same faces walking by every day. We focus on real estate and helping people find a spot that fits whatever budget they have. It’s not always easy because property prices keep jumping around, but we try to keep things fair. Our office is just a regular room with some metal filing cabinets and a big map of the sector pinned to the wall. We spend a lot of time talking to local owners and checking on empty plots to see if anything has changed. There’s a lot of walking involved in this job, especially in the hot afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in all of Delhi. We just want to be the ones people trust when they are looking for something in this part of Rohini. My brother handles the phone calls, and I do most of the actual site visits. It’s a simple setup that works for us. Sometimes we have a little trouble with the internet connection, but we usually just walk over to the site anyway. We don't have any fancy brochures. If someone wants to see something, we just take them there.
