Pj Fab India Structures Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 49 on Jung Pura Road in the Bhogal area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of workshops and small trade businesses nearby. Our place is more of a working space than a polished office. Fabrication is loud and dusty work, so you will often hear the sound of metal being handled or machines running. We focus on building structures and that takes a lot of physical effort and attention to detail. The office part of our plot is just a small corner where we keep the books and handle the phone calls. We aren't the type of people to wear suits to work. Most of us are in work clothes because we are constantly moving between the desks and the shop floor. Bhogal has a very specific energy and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We know the people at the local hardware stores and the tea stalls. Things don't always go perfectly here. Sometimes a machine breaks or a delivery gets stuck in traffic on the narrow roads. We just deal with those things and keep going. We don’t have any fancy corporate values posted on the walls. We just want to do the job correctly so the structures we make actually stand up to use. It’s hard work and the days are often long, but we like seeing a project come together from scratch. We’re just a local team doing what we know how to do.
