JPKP Infrastructure Private Limited is on the first floor of building 2/2 in Chhattarpur Village. We’re right near the Sai Baba Mandir, which is a very busy and well-known spot around here. You can often hear the sounds from the temple while we’re working in the office. We aren't the kind of company that has a big fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s usually just a few of us sitting around a table, looking at plans and trying to solve whatever problem has come up that day. Infrastructure work is tough and involves a lot of moving parts. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with vendors or out at various locations checking on progress. Chhattarpur has really grown in the last few years, and we’ve been right here to see all the changes. We like being in the village; it has a more grounded feel than those new corporate parks. Sometimes the traffic near the mandir is a bit of a headache, but we’ve learned how to deal with it. We don't have a big sales team or a marketing department. We just do the work and let the results speak for itself. Construction and infrastructure can be a bit of a gritty business, but we actually enjoy the challenge. We take things one day at a time and try to do a solid job on every project we take on. It is a local business run by people who live and work nearby.
