J.P Siddhartha

We’re set up in Block-13/500 on Lodhi Road in New Delhi. This is an older part of the city, and the buildings have that solid, heavy feel to them that you don't see much anymore. It’s a very central location, so we see a lot of activity and cars throughout the day. Our space here at J.P Siddhartha is quite simple. We have a couple of rooms that we use for all our daily business. There’s a lot of old wooden furniture and stacks of files that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s not a modern glass office, it’s more traditional and a bit worn in. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going through the mail that arrives. Lodhi Road is a nice area with a lot of old trees, so even when it’s hot, there’s a bit of shade when you walk outside. We don’t really have a big sign or any bright lights to show where we are. You just have to look for the block number and the specific flat at 500. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time, which suits us just fine. We’ve been here in this block for quite a long time now. Most of the people around are also doing their own work or living in the nearby blocks. We just keep to our routine, doing the tasks that need doing and heading home when the sun goes down. It’s a very grounded way of working for us.
