We are located in Paschim Vihar, specifically in the Janta Flats at BG 6/12B. Jn It Solutions Private Limited is on the first floor. It’s a small apartment that we’ve turned into an office space. It’s a bit cramped with all the computers and desks, but we make it work. The neighborhood is full of families and people going about their business, so there’s always a bit of life around the building. We handle IT solutions, which mostly means we help people with their computer problems and manage some systems. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people in the other flats and sometimes chat with them on the stairs. The balcony is small but it’s nice to stand out there for a minute to get some air. We don’t have any big flashy equipment, just some reliable PCs and a decent internet connection. We don’t really do any advertising; people usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else. It’s a modest way to run a business. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy. The furniture is mostly things we’ve picked up over the years, so nothing matches, but that doesn't really matter for the work we do. It gets the job done and keeps us going. We've been here for quite a while now and it's home.
