JJAR Infradevelopers Private Limited operates out of Vasant Vihar, specifically at D 5/7. It’s a well-known neighborhood in New Delhi, and being based here means we are centrally located for a lot of the infrastructure work we do. The office is where we do all our planning and meeting with contractors. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in our setup because we prefer to spend our resources on the actual projects. Our team is made up of people who have been in the construction and development industry for quite some time. We handle the day-to-day grind of managing sites, dealing with permits, and making sure the building materials are up to standard. It’s often stressful work, especially with the deadlines and the unpredictable Delhi weather, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We don't spend time on fancy presentations or marketing campaigns. Instead, we just focus on the task at hand. If someone asks what we do, we just say we build things. It’s a straightforward approach that seems to work for us. Most of our clients are people who want someone reliable who won't disappear halfway through a job. We’ve been in Vasant Vihar for a bit and plan on staying. We’re just a group of builders trying to do a solid job without any unnecessary drama.
