Even though the name mentions Noida, we are actually working out of U189 in the Upadhay Block of Shakarpur. It’s right here in New Delhi-92 and it’s a very active neighborhood to be in. Our office is a simple setup with enough room for our computers and a small area to sit and talk. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room because we don’t really need one. Most of the people we work with just call us or send messages. We spend the bulk of our time on software development, which means a lot of hours staring at code and testing different features. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. The streets in Shakarpur are always full of life, so there’s plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we take a break. We are just a small group of people who are good with systems and we’ve been doing this for a few years now. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just does what needs to be done to finish the project. We’ve had to deal with the usual stuff like late nights and technical glitches that come out of nowhere. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving without making the process complicated. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business and it keeps us busy.
