Jerath Construction Llp is based in a well-known building called Ansal Bhawan. We are in unit 212A, which is located at 16 Kasturba Gandhi Marg. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity, and it’s a central spot for us to run our construction partnership. Unlike some of the other places we have worked, being in Ansal Bhawan means we are in a more established office setting, but inside, we still keep things pretty informal. It’s a place for us to spread out our drawings and talk through the logistics of whatever building project we are currently tackling. We have been here for a bit and it works well for meeting people who are also in the trade. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a limited liability partnership, so it’s a more tight-knit group of us. We focus on the actual work of building and renovating. The office is where we handle the legal stuff and the planning, but our real work happens out in the field. It’s a busy area and the commute can be a bit much sometimes, but being on Kasturba Gandhi Marg keeps us close to everything. We don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just try to do our work and stay on schedule. That is how we’ve always done it. We are just real people in the construction business. We keep things moving along.
