Our workshop is located at 31/4, Street No.16, over in Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't used to these streets. We’ve got a small setup here with a few machines that have been with us for years. It’s a loud place most of the time because there’s always some metal being cut or shaped. We don't have a fancy office or a lobby for people to sit in. Usually, customers just walk right into the shop area where we are working. There is always a bit of oil on the floor and some metal shavings in the corners. We try to keep it clean, but in this line of work, it’s hard to stay spotless. We are just a few guys who know how to handle engineering tasks. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s mostly just looking at a part, seeing what needs to be fixed or made, and getting on with it. The power goes out sometimes in Shahdara, so we keep a generator out back. It’s noisy but it keeps the work moving. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments. We just do the work ourselves and talk to people directly. It’s been this way since we started, and we don't see any reason to change it now. We just focus on the machines and getting the orders ready for whoever needs them in the neighborhood.
