Our place is in Pashchim Vihar, specifically at M-501 on the first floor in Guru Hari Kishan Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on project designs or costings. Jasti Srah Constructions Private Limited is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the guys who handle the builds around here. We’ve been in the 110087 area for a while now. Construction is a tough business sometimes, with a lot of moving parts that you have to keep track of. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking in on our crews at different sites. The office is usually filled with rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles or paint. It’s not the neatest place, but it shows we’re actually working. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. If someone wants to work with us, we just sit down and look at what they need. We try to be realistic about how long things take and what they’ll cost. There’s no point in sugarcoating it. We just want to do a solid job and move on to the next one. It’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to suit the way we work. Sometimes the coffee is cold and the traffic is bad, but we still make it to the site.
