Our shop is tucked away in Sita Puri Part-2, specifically at H2b. It’s right in the middle of Janakpuri Part-2, which is a fairly quiet area compared to the main markets. We started out with just a couple of racks and a mirror that we leaned against the wall. Now the space is a bit more crowded with all the new stuff we bring in every week. We spend a lot of time just rearranging the clothes so everything fits. It’s mostly just me and a helper here most days. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for customers to come in after the schools let out. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door, so we have to keep an eye on that. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. Most people who come here are neighbors who have been living in the colony for years. They know we don’t do anything fancy, just standard daily wear and some better pieces for weddings. The lighting is okay, but we usually keep the door open to let in some extra sun. We keep our records in a thick notebook because the computer is too slow to bother with. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We just like picking out nice colors and seeing people find something they like to wear.
