S. K. Garment Machinery

Down on the ground floor at G-22 in Shine Bagh, you’ll find us. We’re in Jammia Nagar, which is a place that never really sleeps. S. K. Garment Machinery is where we sell and fix the tools people need to make clothes. If you walk in, you’ll see heavy iron machines, spare parts scattered around, and the smell of machine oil. It’s a bit of a grease-under-the-fingernails kind of place. I’ve always liked fixing things, so starting a machinery business made sense. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. Most of our stuff is heavy and takes up a lot of room. People come to us when their stitchers break down or they need a new motor. We try to help them out as fast as we can because if their machines aren't running, they aren't making money. We know how it is. It can get pretty loud in here when we’re testing a refurbished unit. The neighbors in Shine Bagh are used to it by now. We’re not some big corporation with a customer service hotline. You just come to the shop and talk to whoever is holding a wrench. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the garment makers in the area. It’s a tight-knit community and we’re glad to be the ones keeping the machines turning. We just focus on the gears and the belts that make it all work.
