Jaivat Constructions Private Limited

We are located in South Extension Part-2. The office is on the first floor of A-23. It’s a well-known part of South Delhi, so most people don’t have trouble finding us. Jaivat Constructions Private Limited is the name on the door. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over what happened the day before. Construction is a messy business, but we like it. We deal with lots of different people every day. Some days are long, especially when we have to stay late to finish a report or check a supply list. The first floor gets some of the street noise, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. We handle the usual stuff like site visits and managing the crew. Sometimes we run out of pens or the printer jams, just like any other office. South Extension is always changing, and we see it happening from our window. It’s a good spot to be. We keep our keys on a hook by the door and our boots in the corner. Most of the time, we are out at a project site rather than sitting at a desk. It’s just how we work. Nothing too complicated about it. We just keep moving from one task to the next. The neighbors are nice, and there is a good spot for lunch just down the street.
