Our office is over in Sector 13 Dwarka, specifically at Plot 86 in Block B. It is a quiet enough area compared to some of the other more crowded parts of the city. We have been set up here for a bit now, working on various land and property matters. Mostly, it is just the day-to-day tasks of running a business in this part of Delhi. We are not trying to be the biggest outfit around, we just do what needs doing. You can find us pretty easily if you know the pocket numbers in this sector. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and files, which is how we like it. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons usually involve some sort of site visit or meeting with folks about their housing needs. Dwarka has grown a lot, and we have seen it happen from this very spot. It is interesting to see how the blocks have filled up over time. We handle the paperwork and the practical side of things. There is no big team here, just a few of us making sure things move along. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of tea, but that is just how a small office runs. We just focus on the work at hand and try to be helpful when someone walks through the door with a question about a local plot. It is straightforward work.
