We run JAI SHRI RADHA MADHAV DEVELOPERS & PROMOTERS. Our office is tucked away at House Number 794/71 in the Maidan Garhi Extension. If you're looking for us, we're right by Pole Number 1523. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main city areas, but it suits how we work. We started this because there was a lot of building going on in the South Delhi area and we wanted to be part of it. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s a local office where we manage different property projects and help people out with land stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites. Developing land in Delhi involves a lot of patience. There are always papers to sign and rules to follow. Some days are slow, others we can't seem to catch a break. We grew up around these parts, so we know the local geography pretty well. Maidan Garhi has changed a lot lately, and we've seen it happen first-hand. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We’re just here doing the work every day. The name is long, but we’re just a regular group of people trying to make a living in the construction trade. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s construction for you. We just keep our heads down and try to get things done right without too much fuss. It's a living.
