Even though the name says Mumbai, we are actually operating out of a DDA flat in Kalkaji, New Delhi. It's J4/24B to be exact. It Source India Pvt Ltd Mumbai is the name on our papers. Working out of a flat is quite different from a corporate building. It feels more like a house. We have our desks set up in the main rooms. It’s quiet enough for us to focus on the work. Kalkaji is a busy part of Delhi, but our corner is okay. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day. People sometimes ask why we have Mumbai in the name while being in Delhi, but that’s just how it ended up. We don't really mind. It’s a small team here. We make our own tea and keep things moving. The walls are a bit plain, but we have everything we need to do our jobs. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello. It feels very local. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. We just have our small spot in the DDA flats. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. It's a steady way to live. We’ve been here in Kalkaji for some time now and we like the vibe of the place. It's just us doing our thing every day.
