Irshad Ahmad

I am Irshad Ahmad, and my place of work is at Tilak Marg. Specifically, I am located at number 308, which is within the Supreme Court of India premises. Working around Tilak Marg is a bit different from other parts of Delhi. It’s a very formal area with a lot of security and people in suits walking fast. My office is just a small spot where I handle my daily tasks. It isn't a place for lounging around or having long coffee breaks. It’s about being there, being ready, and getting through the paperwork. The atmosphere is usually quite serious because of the court nearby. You see lawyers and clerks rushing around all day long. My space at 308 is simple. I have what I need to work and not much else. There aren't any fancy decorations or soft carpets. It’s just a functional room in a very important building. I’ve been here for a while, and you get to know the faces of the regulars. The traffic on Tilak Marg can be a nightmare during the middle of the day, but that’s Delhi for you. I just come in, do my bit, and keep things moving. It’s a busy life, but it’s what I know. Being part of this environment keeps you on your toes, that’s for sure.
