INVESTORS GROWTH BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is a small outfit located in Gandhi Nagar. We are at 10/2764 on the ground floor, right in Gali no.6 in C R Pura II. Gandhi Nagar is a very crowded and bustling area, mostly known for textiles, but we do our construction and buildtech work from here. The office is a bit cramped because the street outside is so narrow and busy. We have a lot of samples and tools lying around the place. It's not the cleanest office you’ve ever seen, but we are always busy. We manage a few construction projects at once, usually around the East Delhi area. My partners and I have been in this line of work for several years now. We know the local suppliers and where to get things cheap without losing quality. The noise from the market outside is something we just got used to over time. We don't spend much on advertising because we don't really need to. People in the neighborhood know who we are and what we do. We try to be practical and honest with our clients. If a job is going to take three weeks, we tell them it'll take three weeks. We don't like to overcomplicate things. It’s just a straightforward business where we work hard and hope for the best. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork while the rest of the market is closing down for the day.
