Our office is situated at 1/4650/44 in New Morden Shahdara, over in East Delhi. Shahdara is a very old and crowded part of the city, and New Morden is just one of those patches where houses and businesses are all mixed together. Interglobe Technologies Pvt Ltd operates out of this space. It’s not a gleaming tech park like you might find in other parts of the country. It’s a practical, local setup in a busy neighborhood. We have a lot of computers and servers running, which keeps the room a bit warm, so the fans are always on full blast. The street outside is narrow and can get quite jammed with rickshaws and bikes. Finding a parking spot is a daily struggle for anyone coming by. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and dealing with technical stuff that comes our way. It’s a lot of problem-solving and troubleshooting. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking on their headsets at the same time. We have a small corner for taking breaks, but usually, we just eat at our desks. It’s a bit of a messy place with cables and spare parts lying around in corners. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just focus on the work that needs to be done. It’s a bit gritty and real, just like the rest of Shahdara. We just get on with it and try to stay productive.
