Our office is right near the Satyam Cinema in Patel Nagar, so there is always a crowd nearby. Being so close to the Shadipur Metro Station means we see a lot of people rushing to work every morning while we’re just getting the shutters up. It’s a busy part of town, and the noise from the metro and the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Inside, it’s mostly boxes and medical equipment waiting to go out. We spend a lot of our time checking orders and making sure everything is packed right. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially when the movie crowds are out, but it keeps things interesting. The team here has been together for a bit, so we have our own way of doing things. We aren't big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just sit around the desks, figure out what needs to go where, and get it on the truck. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to carry stuff down, which isn't fun, but we manage. People stop by because we're easy to find near the station. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a practical setup for us, and being in the heart of Patel Nagar means we’re never too far from anything we need.
