INR Developers is based in Lajpat Nagar-1, at House No. C-189. Being in South Delhi means it’s always busy around here, which suits us just fine. Our office is right in the middle of all the action. We spend our days managing various development projects, which involves a lot of coordinating with different teams. It’s not always a smooth process; there are always surprises when you’re building things in a city like New Delhi. We might have a delivery get stuck in traffic or a pipe that doesn't fit right. We just handle those things as they come. Our office isn't some high-rise suite; it’s a practical workspace where we can actually get things done. We usually have a lot of blueprints spread out on the tables and the phone is always ringing. We don't spend much money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. We mostly just work with people we know or who have heard about us from someone else. It’s a small operation, but we are very involved in every step of the process. We like to walk the sites ourselves to see how the bricks are being laid. It’s a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been at this address for a while and we plan to keep working hard for a long time to come.
