Innovative Architecture Interior

Our spot is at 369 Street No 9, and that’s where Innovative Architecture Interior operates from. It’s a regular street, and our office fits right in. We don’t have a big glass storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where we can spread out our drawings and look at different material options. We do a bit of everything here, from the initial architectural sketches to the final interior touches. It’s a lot of work for a small team, but we prefer it that way because we can keep an eye on all the details. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting sites and making sure the builders are actually following the plans. It’s often dusty and loud, which is the opposite of our quiet little office on Street No 9. We don’t use any corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just tell it like it is. If a design idea won't work because of the budget or the space, we’ll say so. We think it’s better to be honest from the start. Our desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and rulers, which shows we’re actually working. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we’ve learned that the best projects are the ones where we just focus on the basics and do them right.
