Innovations Online Travel Distribution is based on Airport Road in Bagat, Srinagar. Being near the airport makes sense for what we do, which is travel stuff. Srinagar can be a tough place to work in during the winter when the snow piles up and the roads get messy. We have a small office that we try to keep warm with a couple of heaters. The traffic on Airport Road can be quite loud, so we usually keep the windows shut to keep the noise out. We’ve been in Bagat for a good amount of time. The people working here are all from around the area. We aren't some big international agency. We’re just local folks who know how to navigate the online travel systems. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we just have to sit and wait, which is a bit of a pain. We drink a lot of Noon Chai while we work to keep going. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don't do much advertising at all. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the address. We just do the work, keep the records straight, and try to help people get where they need to go. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.
