It’s an interesting spot in South West Delhi. We’ve been set up here for some time now. The office isn't anything to write home about, just a functional space where we get our work done. We deal with various technology projects. Most days involve a lot of typing and looking at code. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who like what we do. We don't use fancy words to describe ourselves. We’re just here to work. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets noisy, but we just deal with it and move on. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way. It’s not always easy running a small business, but we enjoy the challenge. We don't have a polished image and we don't care much for marketing. We just let our work speak for itself. You won’t find any motivational posters on our walls. Usually, it’s just notes and reminders taped to the desks. We’re practical people. We like the local vibe of Kapashera. It feels real and grounded. We just keep our heads down, do our jobs, and try to stay organized enough to get through the week.
