We started Infonics Solution Pvt Ltd out of Govindpuram here in Ghaziabad. Our office is located at J-15, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to the main roads. Bal Krishna Srivastava is the name you’ll see on the documents and he’s usually around the office most days. It’s a local setup, nothing like those big corporate offices in Noida or Gurgaon. We focus on providing solutions for people who need technical help with their systems. The office is basically a few rooms with desks and a lot of cables everywhere. It gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but we know where everything is. Ghaziabad has its own rhythm and we’ve fit into it over the years. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff because most people hear about us from their friends or neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living here. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We don't have strict rules about uniforms or anything like that. Just show up and do the work. It’s a very straightforward way of running things and we don’t plan on changing it much. We’re just local people doing tech work in a residential area, trying to make things work for our clients.
