Indian Institute Of Packaging

The Indian Institute of Packaging has a branch here in Dilshad Garden, specifically at 31-B in Pocket E. This part of Delhi is a bit more settled and quiet compared to the center of the city. We deal with all things related to boxes, containers, and how stuff gets shipped safely. It’s an institute, so there’s a lot of learning going on, but it’s very hands-on and practical work. You’ll often see people moving samples around or testing the strength of different materials. The building is a simple one, and it fits right into the Dilshad Garden neighborhood. We aren't here to make a big show; we just focus on the technical side of packaging which is more important than most people realize. The staff and the people who come here for courses are usually very focused on the details. It’s not uncommon to walk in and see someone measuring a piece of cardboard or checking a seal on a plastic bag. We’ve been in this pocket of Delhi for a while now, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps the noise down. We just go about our business every day, teaching and testing, making sure things are packed the right way. It’s an honest, slightly dusty, but very necessary type of work that we do right here.
