We run Incredible Surveillance Solutions Private Limited out of a ground floor shop in Nangal Raya. It’s Wz-315, right in the thick of things. Dealing with cameras and security gear is what we do every day. It's a small shop, but it's packed with all sorts of equipment. People come in from the neighborhood asking how to keep an eye on their property or their small shops. We spend our time testing out different setups and making sure the wiring is solid. South West Delhi is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside our door. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the street traffic, but we like being where the people are. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just us here, working on surveillance stuff. When someone buys a system, we're the ones who figure out where the cameras should go. We've seen a lot of changes in the tech over the years. Some of the older stuff was much harder to deal with than what we have now. We keep our tools ready and spend our mornings checking orders. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use fancy talk. If a camera works, it works. We just want to make sure the equipment does what it’s supposed to do for the folks around Delhi. It’s a steady way to make a living, and it keeps us on our toes every single day. There is always some new gadget to learn about or a cable that needs fixing.
