Immobilier Constructions Private Limited is located in a basement at 74 Poorvi Marg. We’re in the back portion of the building in Vasant Vihar. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, very green and quiet compared to other parts of Delhi. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we all appreciate when the heat gets bad. We focus on construction projects, mostly around this part of the city. The office is usually full of rolls of drawings and samples of tiles, wood, or stone. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is hidden. We spend most of our time out at the actual construction sites, so the office is just a place to touch base, make calls, and handle the bills. Construction involves a lot of waiting for materials to arrive and making sure the labor shows up on time every morning. It can be quite stressful when a deadline is coming up fast. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve already finished to show people what we can do. Vasant Vihar has its own set of challenges with traffic and rules, but we’ve figured out how to make things work. It’s a straightforward business. We build things, we fix things, and we move on to the next project. It’s steady.
