We are tucked away in the basement at S-423 in Greater Kailash-I. Imerciv Technologies Private Limited has been operating from this spot in South Delhi for some time now. Being in a basement means it stays relatively cool even when the Delhi summer is at its worst outside. You have to walk down the stairs to get to us, and once you’re inside, it’s a pretty quiet environment for working. GK-I is a busy area with a lot of shops and houses, so there is always something happening nearby. Our office is fairly basic—just some sturdy tables, chairs, and all our equipment plugged in. We don't really go for the corporate look. Most days are spent sitting around the main table or at our individual spots, just getting through the workload. We usually take a break in the afternoon to step out for some fresh air or to grab a snack from the local vendors around the block. It’s a good little community here and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the other people working in the nearby buildings. At Imerciv Technologies, we don't have a bunch of fancy titles or complicated rules. We just show up, talk about what needs to be done, and then we do it. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit us just fine in this part of Delhi. We just keep our heads down and handle our business as it comes to us.
