We are based in Naraina, Phase-1. Our unit is 15-16/5 in the Community Centre. It’s a very busy part of Delhi, especially being so close to the P.V.R Cinemas. You can always hear the traffic and the people moving about outside. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and desks. We deal with international business stuff, but we keep it very low-key. We don't have any big glass walls or fancy lobby areas. It’s a practical space meant for getting work done. Most mornings start with checking the mail and sorting through the tasks for the day. There is always a lot of paperwork to handle. My colleagues and I have worked together for years, so we have a rhythm. We drink a lot of coffee from the stall nearby. Sometimes things get stressful when shipments are delayed or there’s a misunderstanding with a client, but we just deal with it one step at a time. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just facilitate trade and make sure things move from point A to point B. It’s a bit of a maze in this community centre, but we’ve made this little corner our own. It’s a reliable place for us. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done without much fuss.
